24 Withdrawal sleeves

Withdrawal sleeves are slit tapered sleeves Fig. 1
(ig. 1), which can be used to mount bearings Withdrawal sleeve, basic design
with a tapered bore onto a cylindrical seat of
stepped shafts (ig. 2) The sleeves are
pressed into the bore of the bearing inner
ring, which abuts a shaft shoulder or similar
ixed component They are located on the
shaft by a nut or an end plate
